How Can Swelling And Pain On The Back Be Treated?

Hi I have bronchiectasis and coughed so hard I feel like I ve hurt my head like somethings burst. The back left side feels swollen. I ve had to take tramadol for the pain. When I sit up straight or lie down the pressure in my head is terrible. My pupils are reacting ok. Is it a bleed ?

doesn’t look like a bleed or else you won’t be able to type the question here, I do think you must have sprained your back while coughing, and you headache is related to the exacerbation of your bronchiactasis, so you should take your medicines for bronchiactasis and may be start antibiotics for 5 days mostly augmentin according to your body weight If you are less than 50 kgs take 625 mg twice a day and if you are more than 50 kgs take 1.2 gm twice a day, you can use paracetamol for your back ache and take rest for a day, this should solve your problem
