Hy. Sir I am Zulfiqar Ahmad. I have retracted my foreskin by myself.and that causes little swelling of the glans. But now i can t get full erectness of the penis for intercourse. What would you suggest sir whether i should go for circumcision because i think it is due to the blockage of blood.
