How Can Swelling In The Hand Caused After An Injury Be Treated?

i fell on 11-4-16 and broke my humerus and radius i am currently in therapy but my shoulder and forearm and especially my hand is swollen , when i do my exercises to get back the use of my shoulder and hand the swelling of my hand will go down , but if i stop the swelling in my hand comes back and i am unable to make a fist or bend my fingers. is this normal? and will the swelling go away with time

If your fractures have been properly treated then you will recover soon. Continue doing exercises as much as u can and move all ur joints 10time every hour. If u have any pain or u are developing any redness n ur wounds doesn't heal then u should see a doctor immediately in person.
