How Can Swollen Ankles Be Treated?
Directly below my ankles are very swollen its rather like a huge blister full of fluid. It now is going behind too. Ache really bad, hurts to walk at times n feetvtingle off n on. I have had back surgery. Could this have something to do with that ? I do get foot cramps if I try to wear shoes n do get cramps if I try walking much also.
