How Can Temporal Lobe Epilepsy Be Treated?

My echo shows normal biventricular size and function and no significant valvular disease but there is very mild biatrial dilatation. This is very common and the echo itself looks normal otherwise with no significant valvular disease There is certainly nothing on here which would suggest a mechanism of fainting. i fell down 4 metal steps and hurt my head - there was blood coming out and I was taking to A and E. I am allright now I also suffer for Temporal Lobe epilepsy.
