I have been diagnosed w/facitis/tendonitis in my ankle and arch... Am now flat-footed. Anti-inflamatories don`t seem to be working...Am a hairdresser...45 years...Needed ankle brace at one point and still have swelling from front left toright back behind the ankle..Very painful there...Two months of treatment...not better...Pushing toes toward me and stretching achilles, etc...Two months plus two years of not being able to push up if I drop something on the floor or getting uder the bed without help...Causing weight gain because of being unable to exercise...Got hard inserts...Getting depressed...Still much pain...10 steps forward then 10 steps back...then 10 steps forward, then 10 steps back again...To ice or not...Confused...
