How Can Testicles Fluid Congestion Causing Ejaculation Pain Be Treated?

My friend has blue balls and he says he throws up everyday and cannot ejaculate without a reference. Is there any other way to help him. He has already gone to the doctor's and he gave him pills that give him these change of mood symptoms, but they do stop him from vomitting. Please help ASAP!!! I feel bad for him.

My Impression-
Based on facts of your query,You seems to suffer from-
Blue Balls with Testicular Congestion, causing ejaculation pain, from sexual arousal without satisfaction.
This is due to extreme arousal from masturbation or thought of sex,without being consumation of Sex act with no satisfaction from sex acts.
Cause of this Could be-
Epididymitis with UTI/ OR could be from Varicocele with testicular Congestion from retrograde Venous Flow / Or could be from past STD with incomplete antibiotic treatment.
Or it could be from Psychiatric anxiety / obsession of STD,which needs psychiatric evaluation in few cases.
Remedy-
Consult the Urologist and assess your health issue,
by investigations-like USG / Colour Doppler and physical examination
Urologist would find out the cause of this ejaculation problem and would treat it according to its cause.If no cause is found, Psychiatrist Counselling would resolve the ejaculation issue you have.
