How Can Testicles Shrinkage Be Treated?
Hello Dr. Mintz. My name is Jim Awofadeju. I am 23 years old and have noticed that my testicles are shrinking. This is not a sudden event. In fact, this has been developing over some years. I like to masturbate a lot often to the point of orgasm (ejaculation). There have been days where I ejaculated multiple times and when I have ejaculated on consecutive days. Does ejaculating too much, either in a short period of time or a long period of time, decrease the size of the testicles? When taking a shower I have noticed that they feel lighter.

It is for sure that it does not affect testis at all.
If you are feeling that they are getting shrunk, consult Urologist for clinical examination, get color Doppler examination with ultrasound and semen analysis.
