General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Going by the results of your ultrasound, antibiotic and an NSAID such as Ibuprofen are good choices so far as your funiculitis is concerned. Doxycycline is a good option for an antibiotic.

Testicular microlithiasis usually do not require any treatment if it is asymptomatic. Testicular self-examination is recommended until you get a clean chit from your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
