Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Testicular Pain in 13 yr old boy- is very sensitive issue for the parents like you.
This pain seems to be from -Varicocele.And as no doctor has done the USG and the color doppler, they might miss this possibility.
Surgical Specialist/ or Urosurgeon's- assessment is needed in your case, who is expert to handle a like your son.
Treatement-
Physical examination from Surgeon with USG of the scrotum and Color doppler scan study of your son's testes and scrotum would lead the exact diagnosis to the Varicocele in your son's case.
Corrective Non-Surgical Remedy-
Scrotal Support /
Tight ugies to support the testes,
Cap Vit E-400 mg x 3 mths
Tab Zincovit 1 x one a day x 3 mths would recoup his body.
Surgical Correction-
USG and Color doppler study of the Scrotum to assess the cause and extent of its damage from a Surgeon is to be done before Surgical Correction.
If no relief with Non-Surgical Care,Mico-Vascular Ligation of the Varicose Veins to reduce the engorgement and pain in testes is needed from Surgeon / Uro Surgeon.
Hope this would help you to reduce worry with your problem.
Take care and wish you to recover fast and Live healthy.

Hope this reply would help you to plan further treatment with your family and specialist doctors there.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day!!
