How Can The Nasal Bone Protrusion Be Surgically Treated?

I had a rhinoplasty 17 years ago. Im happy with the profile but from the front the right nasal bone protrudes out more than the left. For some reason it seems even more obvious lately. Can this be fixed by rasping the bone or does it need to be broken and reset again.
