noticeable thinning hair upper sides to center; has been occuring 2-3 years but more noticeable now; hair part seems bigger; side of upper scalp bit more visible; was in a stressful job situation but retired 1.5 yrs now; anything I can do to help regrowth besides BIOTIN per physician direction
