How Can Throat Infection Be Treated?

My baby is 4 yr old (15 kg).She has throat infection and has been prescribed to administer Augmentin. We have augmentin dds (5.4 g/30 ml) by gsk. I m not sure of the dosage (amount as well as the time gap in between of consecutive dosage). Kindly help.

I can understand your concern.
Augmentin should be given three times a day after some food.
So give 0.75 ml syrup, dilute it in 10ml water and give it to your baby.
Do this three times a day.
So timings would be 8am in the morning after breakfast, 2pm after lunch and 9 pm after dinner.
