How Can Throat Irritation Be Treated?

I have episodes of throat clearing hat are getting to be annoying to those around me. I went to one ENT Doctor and we tried a Nexium type drug for a couple of months with no I rovement. I m now doing a nasal rinse and using Flonase but no improvement. Any ideas?

Some times its psycosomatic disorder. Which leads all symptoms like this without any disease. Nothing more to treat. Just take any mucolytic syp for throat irritation. If don't feel any difficulty during swallowing food. There is no problem at all. Only mucolytic syp can sufficient. Or also use alternative medicine for taking suck like chocolate. Lavangadi vati 4-5 time per day give you relief.
