Hello,

I don't see any reason to change the treatment, since there is a hormone deficiency hormone replacement is given and it should be continued. I am not sure why you ask for other treatments as you do not mention any side effects.

Dosage may vary with time, you will need to check your TSH periodically so that thyronorm dosage may be adjusted periodically from your endocrinologist. So it is vital that you are regularly followed by your doctor as it is a chronic issue, manageable, but needing regular visits and hormone level testing.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olsi Taka, Neurologist
