How Can Tight Sensation Behind The Leg Be Treated?
Attention To Whomever- My Achilles was cut due to a glass window. I have had in Achilles tendon laceration surgery done and also in Achilles tendon lengthening done as well. However the first surgery was done November 13th 2017 in the second surgery as far as the Achilles lengthening was done February 8th 2018 so now I am undergoing therapy but for some reason I have motion range but and and was told to stretch and exercise daily but the back of my leg is very tight cause and exercising to be very difficult. I am 36 years old very healthy and active was a nursing student unfortunately at this time cannot continue my career nor work so I m just wondering will I ever walk normal again and do not want to limp. I am very scared and spend most of my nights crying praying and hoping for the best .PLEASE HELP ME THANKS IN ADVANCE, Tanesa Smith
