How Can Tightness In Chest While Suffering From Extreme Anxiety Disorder, OCD And PTSD Be Treated?

I have Extreme Anxiety Disorder, OCD, and PTSD and For The first time today smoked 3 rolled non filtered cigarettes because i was depressed and now feel tightness in my chest will this kill me i threw away the tobacco i bought after noticing that i cant breathe as well can i die from this?

No dear. It is a side effect of tobacco when at once you smoke more.dont worry breathe fresh air.mive out . You will feel bettet.
