How Can Tinea On The Feet And Palms Be Treated?

I am using Ketoconazole currently for tinea on my right foot. it has created a lot of scaling, almost to the point of drying out skin. Is this normal? I also seemed to have a circle of my right palm so have been applying the cream there also, should I continue?

Hi
You can continue with ketoconazole cream but if it doesn't improve in a 1-2 weeks go for oral antifungals like tablet terbinafine 250 mg once daily for 4 weeks.
Regards
