How Can Tinnitus And Ear Infection Be Treated?

Hi I had an ear infection and after medication for two weeks it was almost done. But then I had to masturbate, and iI did it three times at the end of the third I got a pain on the top of the same ring, I went to sleep and from morning I got tinittus, its been three weeks now. can this be healed ?
