How Can Tinnitus And Vertigo Be Treated?

Hi Doctor. I developed Tinnitus in Sept 2017. For which I started treatment 1 month ago. I have been given Goonj Forte Tablet ab Relieveit gold by the docotr. But now I am having the episodes of Vertigo that started 2-3 Days back. Please help me out. My Audiogram was normal done two times.
