How Can Tiredness Caused By Medication Be Treated?
I am taking medicine for my legs and hands cramping. I have had this for a long time. My Dr. Put me on CARBiDOPA_LEVO_25_100. It is working great for cramplng but it makes me so tired. It really is for sone disease but I forgot which one. It is a generic brand . I used to have diabetic lows and I could not use my legs until I would rub them real hard to get circulation back in them. I do not have diabetes now I am taking real good care of my self and eating very healthy. But am concerned about how tired I get. Can you help me?
Hello, Start taking a multivitamin and a B50 daily and make sure that you are getting enough exercise and sleep. You should be sleeping for at least 8 hours and exercising at least 30 minutes every day. B50 is a vitamin that has 50mg of multiple B vitamins and can often help improve energy. Best wishes
