How Can Tissue Stuck In The Throat Be Removed?

basically my friend thought it was funny to put a tissue in my drinks bottle and because i didn t know it was in there i drank the water but half way through i found some tissue in my mouth and took it out and stopped drinking the water because i found the tissue the only thing is i feel like there is something stuck in my throat and it won t go away i think it may be some tissue but i thought it would of fell apart and i would just be able to swallow it please help i am very worried
