How Can Tooth Infection Be Treated?

Hi.
My tooth got pain a month ago. There is a hole in its corner and its my important right down left that we use it for chewing.
I used different tablets but didn't cured and I am planning to pull out it. But I am worried if I grow tooth again or not, or is this a good dicsion I take or not.?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain in case if you have pain in tooth with a hole in a corner then it can be most probably due to deep decay in tooth leading to nerve exposure and it can cause nerve irritation and pain..

No, a tooth will not regrow after extraction..

But if there is tooth pain you do not always need to get it extracted, rather you can save the tooth by Root Canal Treatment..

I would suggest you to consult a Dentist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigation like x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

You can be advised Root Canal Treatment or extraction depending on condition of tooth followed by antibiotics and painkillers for permanent resolution..
