My left leg won t stop shaking...tremors....my left hand does it also,,,,,like a constant shiver....first thought was stress related....I am on 2 mg dose of Ativan to relieve anxiety for sleeping at night. These tremors have been going on d For couple of weeks now...

Yes,tremor can be related with anxiety. I suggest you to take prescribed medication for the anxiety. I also suggest to eat healthy and exercise daily.
