How Can Trigeminal Neuralgia Be Treated?

I have trigeminal neuralgia. Humana sent me three new medcation I might like to take too save money. I am currently taking carbamazepine 1500mg daily. The three new medcation our Topiramate the next one is Levetiracetam the last one is Lamotrigine. In the past I have taken Gabapentin and was allergic to it. I am all so taking simvastain, suppletment of Glucosamine Chondroitin,Vit C 1000mg and zinc50 mg. I m question is if any of new medcation is better for you and are any of them are in the same family as Gabapentin. Thank you

They are not the same category ,above mention drugs are antiepileptic category drugs and mainly used in for epilepsy but they have also role in neuralgia.but if they don't work and pain is severe kindly think about nerve decompression SX.
