How Can Trigger Fingers Be Treated?

I recently started a job back in Oct 2017, but recently started getting my thumbs becoming locking and hurting. I thought because of me using the staple remover a lot for my job that was the problem but I only use my right hand to do that. Now my left thumb is also getting the locking and pain.

The mainstay of treatment for trigger finger is physiotherapy with intralesional steroid injection. In severe form of trigger form surgery may be required as it is definitive treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
