How Can Ulcerative Colitis Be Treated?

i am suffering from ulcerative colitis for the last 15 years , in this period there have been at times even a years break , now i have a relapse for the last one month and i am feeling miserable . I have taken anti antibiotics, but this is the first time that it is taking so long .I am totally confused what to take . I take lemon with water in the morning , should i stop it , i am taking Asacol daily

As you mentioned you have problem of ulcerative colitis.That can control by proper diet and lifestyle modifications...
Limit a dairy product.
Low fatty foods..
Limit high fiber foods..
Avoid cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, seed, nut, corn,popcorn...etc..
Avoid stress..
Eat small meal..
Drink more water per day..
Avoid spicy foods, alcohol and caffein..
Multivitamins supplement can use..
Consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
