My Father is having a disease called Ulcerative Colitis, a life long automimmune disease. Upto out knowledge their is no cure yet discover to treat the disease but still doctors providing us medicine since 1992. Now a days my father is having some more problems like obesity, High BP and pain in his body. So my question is, how can i convince my father to keep himself in a good health condition by not eating junk foods and have a good health practice and mostly exercise ?
