General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, a regular follow up with a psychiatrist with medical therapy aimed at stress reduction like use of Anxiolytics can be helpful. Drugs like Escitalopram can be helpful. However along with medical therapy psychological therapy is a must. group therapy sessions or behaviour modification therapy can be useful. sessions with motivational Psychologist will help as well.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
