How Can Undescended Testicles Be Treated?

30 years old male with two undescended testicles since I was born. Last medical exam I had showed a high level of FISH and Progistron with normal testosterone; however, no sperm been observed. Can please advice if there is any medical treatment available for my case ao i can have a baby in future?? Many thanks

underrepresented is to be surgically mismanagement analysis is to be done and if there is no sperm then it is azospermia which is not related to UN descended testes, no treatment available for azospermia.cosult doctor of fertilization clinic.
