How Can Unwanted Pregnancy Be Prevented?

My wifes last priod was on 2-July-2016, post we had sex on 20-July-2016 and took iPILL within 72 hours. Later we had sex on 1-August but did not take any contraceptives assuming periods are due. Now till 9-Aug-2016 she has no sign of periods. Kindly advise to stop pregnancy if any.

Hello dear understand your concern
I pill does not give full protection to prevent the pregnancy.
It has 5-10 percent failure rate.
There is less chance to be pregnant from the second act (on first august) as it is safe period of cycle.
I pill also cause delayed period by 8-10 days as it prolong the second phase of cycle.
If your period will not come in next 4-5 days then go for urine pregnancy kit and or blood HCG to confirm the pregnancy.

If you will become pregnant then still you can terminate the intrauterine pregnancy up to 9 week of geststional age by abortion pill under the advice of gynecologist.
