Physical barrier methods like condom are the best way to prevent the pregnancy. It is the one method without any side effect except the certain allergic reaction. If you follow the method properly it is best option to prevent unwanted pregnancy. You can also take pills like familon too but these are with side effects mostly like dizziness, nausea, vomiting and cervical erosion. In my opinion if you can handle more properly the method and also have some issues like kidney disease, history of a familial breast cancer etc. You must avoid otherwise you can use it.
