Hello dear Understand your concern Generally I give advice to terminate unwanted pregnancy under the advice of gynecologist. Abortion pill should be used under medical surveillance after checking the intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan. As you already took mifepristone (big pill) and misoprostol (2 small pill), normally bleeding will start after 4 hour and may be delayed by 24 hours. But some time double dose may be required and that will decide by gynecologist. If bleeding will not come after 24 hour then you have to consult the gynecologist and go for USG scan that will tell about ectopic pregnancy or intrauterine pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy should be treated by surgery and intrauterine pregnancy can be terminated by extras dose of misoprostol or by D & C as misoprostol cause developmental defect of fetus.
