How Can Unwanted Pregnancy Be Terminated?

Hi Doc, My wife is pregnant and it has already 10 days delayed on her period cycle. 40 days completed. She took a medicine for getting period but it didn t work. We just married and cannot effort child nowdays. Is there any way to avoid pregnancy and start period cycle without abortion.? Please suggest.!

Hello dear
I understand your concern
First confirm the pregnancy by the urine pregnancy test and or blood HCG.Us is help to confirm the intrauterine pregnancy.
Mifepristone and misoprostol will help in the the medical abortion.
No any medicine will help in the inducing the period in pregnancy.
Mifepristone and misoprostol is used to terminate the pregnancy under the advise of the gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy.
Mifepristone 600 mg should followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally by the gynecologist.
USG should done after 14 days to confirm complete process of abortion
Do not use abortion pill as self medication as it cause excessive bleeding and abnormal development of the pregnancy in case of failure.
Take proper rest, healthy diet with iron supplements and antibiotics after the using medicine.
Use safe sex practice in the future to prevent the unwanted pregnancy.
