Sir next month my wife plan to going higher studies so we don't need baby now, but my wife period was postponed 6days please help me to abort the baby through pills,we also tried to home remedies like papaya and seem seeds but no use so please help to us sir my friends are told English medicine causes to side effects that's why i asking to siddha or homeopathy or ayush sir

1. As you already tried home remedies [but to no avail] and now want help from the traditional system of medicine, thus please keep following things in mind:

i. The MTP [medical termination of pregnancy] Act defines the place, person and the conditions under which a pregnancy can be terminated. Under the act, abortion can be provided only by a registered medical practitioner who has the necessary qualification, training, and experience in performing MTP and only at a place which has the facilities, meeting standards specified in the Rules and Regulations of the MTP Act. Thus, abortion carried out by persons and at places not registered or certified under the MTP Act is illegal.

ii. AYUSH doctor has to establish the following facts before and after the procedure:
i.Whether he/she is empowered to perform MTP.
ii. The age of the fetus [opinion of the second doctor.]
iii. Was the product of conception evacuated completely?
