Hello dear

Thanks for writing to HCM

As you have been taking little food in the past your body started to adapt to it and now you have consumed a lot of food abruptly which is the primary cause of pain in abdomen.
It is simple spasmodic pain due to over eating and you dont need to worry about it.
I suggest you take some antispasmodic medication and enzymes to help you relieve the pain

Hope that Helps

Thanks
