How Can Upper Back Pain Running Down To The Arms Be Treated?
I have dull pain in my upper back beginning in my shoulder blade and running down my arm to my elbow. Pain becomes severe when sitting at desk working on computer or while driving an automobile. I do not remember straining or injuring a muscle. Been to chiropractor twice and Advil helps relieve the pain but after three weeks still not better.

It seems to be a nerve impingement issue. i suggest you get a nerve conduction study done and have your spine checked out for cervical spondylitis
