How Can Urge Incontinence Be Treated?

I am an older male. I have urgency but cannot urinate. I have been urinating frequently for over a week getting up at night. I do not have pain. Is there an OTC I can take to address the matter? I do not have a history of UTI s. I will be at a clinic Monday for another reason and can get help then. What about the interim?

As per the symptoms ,although we do not have a history but UTI has to be ruled out.Apart from that a routine ultra sound is also needed to rule out any enlarged prostate which is quite common in this age.
hope this helps
welcome for further queries
