How Can Urinary Incontinence Be Treated?

I have had a UTI for about 1 month. Getting worse all the time. 4 different medications and no help. I now cannot hold my urine at all. If I have to urinate I just do so. I did not have this before. Only some leaking. No infection, pain, or urgency. I have a 100HPF on my last Micro. Urine was taken during sterile procedure while being catherterized. Doc says drink more water, cranbury juice, etc. I am worried. I have a strong feeling that something is wrong.
