I have had prostrate cancer & liver cancer & been healed . I now have leakage. When I bend over I may leak.. I wear a pad & it is wet by the afternoon. I have exercised the muscles in the groin area but still leak. Would the drug VESICARE help me? I have a friend that had the problem & now swears by the help the drug gives her. Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per my clinical knowledge, the Vesicare is a selective muscarinic receptor antagonist useful in treating various bladder disorders of incontinence.
*As the reason here is post recovery of cancer related, the outcome with this drug is not predictable before evaluating the case with MRI.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
