How Can Urinary Retention Be Treated?

I have had two ural dynamic test and the last on today indicated that my bladder does not appear to be functioning and causes retention that may average 32cc of Uruan in the bladder. I self catherize twice a day. What happens if the bladder is not functioning property? Will a TERP surgery alleviate the issue or will I have to Cather the rest of my life????? Ken

As per your history, it may be due to BPH. You can take tablet Urimax after consultation, if it is not helpful then better to go with surgery. After that you may not require catheter. Surgery has good results. Take care.
