Hello,

You can try to use some local steroid like hydrocortisone twice a day in the area for a week.

If a patient gets vaginitis due to use of chemicals then very likely a local inflammation or dermatitis is developed and steroids (hydrocortisone) help reduce it.

You should not use it longer then a week in the area as steroids are not recommended to be used routinely there. If no improvement in 3-4 days or any worsening you may need to stop the treatment and see your doctor again.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
