Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
How can I trust myself if I have a infection where the urine comes out, blood is coming out , and I want to cure this fast. I have school tommorow, we don't have penicillin or any antibiotics, so my mom is using cranberry juice, chamomile tea, water and carbonated water. What can I do?
1. going by your history it seems to be a Urinary tract infection [UTI] and the only way to trust yourself is by checking with a Urologist who will ask for urine examination, and if possible for a urine culture to decide the antibiotic and if the symptoms do not subside within 3-4 days, or recurs, then:
- might go for X-ray K.U.B and Ultrasonography, till then: . limit food which irritates bladder like: avoid coffee, alcohol, spicy/acidic food and high carbohydrate diet. . take fiber rich diet to avoid constipation. . plenty of water and fluids
