hello doctor, I am 39 year old, my uterus have these problems:- uterus is antiverted non gravid, enlarge bulky in shape size normal endometrial myo material echogenic differentiation uterine fundus have 24/24mm echogenic mass lesion present. fibroid uterus. what can i do

This is small fibroid and does not require any treatment at all. If you experience any symptoms like pain or bleeding, you can consult with a gynaecologist and get evaluated. A followup scan can be considered after one year to check the size is increased or not.
