How Can Uterine Fibroids Be Treated?

hi. my gynecologist confirm that i have fibroids , i mam 33 years old. I been trying to conceived. Since 2014 i have stop the contraceptive pills which . Since last november ive been seen the gynecologist. In which this month was my third cycle to try and conceived by using clomiphene citrate 50 mg. Yesterday dd confirm that if fertilization does not occurs , is probably because of the fibroid in which he only advised that ii should do sex occasionally. He also advised that the captivity is ok there is no fibroid.The fibriod are still small cannot operate. Would be grateful to know what is the best natural remedy for the removal of this fibroids. I weight is 52kg . I having my mensturation on time my cycle is 27, 28 or 32 days. I do not bleed a lot thou at time during my mensturation i have some tick blood cloth coming out.

If the size is small then no surgical procedure is required.

You can also go for procedures like myomectomy or embolization where the uterus is kept intact so that fertility is preserved.
