Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
After reading your post, it seems that your loose stool and abdominal cramps can be due to infection of the gastrointestinal tract. You can take an antibiotic/antiamoebic for treatment of the gastrointestinal tract infection. Antacid along with antispasmodic will help in relieving abdominal discomfort. Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions. Maintain your hydration. For vaginal bleeding get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your Gynecologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
