How Can Vaginal Bleeding Due To An Injury Be Treated?
So I was at gravady yesterday and it s like a big playground with trampolines and a lot of fun stuff. I tried going on this rope where u balance or you fall down but there were soft things there. I tried it and when I fell I hit my vagina hard on the rope, it was in between my legs and then I fell. After that it was so painful I couldn t feel my thing and it was so painful for me to walk. I got up anyways and went to the bathroom and saw there were a lot of blood in my panty. It was still bleeding when I checked. I think there s a big wound too and it hurts. What do you think I should do? Is that normal?? I m scared.
Hello dear Understand your concern Extent of injury should require vaginal examination. Superficial venous plexus of cervix and vagina get injured and bleeds. Bleeding can be stopped by applying pressure on injured area. Take rest and avoid exertion. Warm water sitz bath with added betadin help in faster healing. Tablet ibuprufen for pain and apply neomycin ointment to prevent the infections. Wear pure cotton loose inner wear and avoid sweating. Maintain proper pelvic hygiene. Hope this may help you
