How Can Vaginal Infection Be Treated?

hi I am having vaginal infection and candidate not work for me. I had white discharge like dots when I had sex its vanished vaginal itch problem but when I stop doing sex its appear. I got vaginal itch and then its burn as I rub it. I keep my vaginal clean after urination. used coconut oil but now its not reliving me. its burning and seems vaginal walls swollen too. Please help me with any ointment except candida.
