How Can Vaginal Itching Be Treated?

I’m currently having my first yeast infection (19yo) due to a high dose of amoxicillin. I treated it today with meds. I’ve noticed something for a while however, a constant itch between the prepuce and the clitoris, right in the seam of where the walls met. It will not heal and constantly irritates. Please help on what this is and what I can do, I’ve tried many topical creams however nothing works. Should I be more concerned ?

Hello, my name is Dr Olgeta Xhufka. I understand your concern. You have to use an antfungal drug orally such as dilucan or nizoral and antifungal ovule for vaginal use such as cotrimoxazole or nistatine. After it is cured try to use lactobacilus to regulate vaginal flora.Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help you.
