How Can Vaginal Itching Caused By Shaving Be Treated?

Hi doctor, greeting of the day. some days ago I use razor fr pubic hair removal , but aftr that I was suffering so mch itching. I ignored that but on next day the whole vagina start itching that was really so irritating, I thought that I m suffering from yeast infection, so I used a fungicide monistate but even aftr that when irritation was countinous I get idea that it s just because of razor sensitivity. Doctor in evening hours I feel fine....but during the day and early morning when gall bladder fill from urine I feel so mch irritation near G spot and today a little blood is also coming with urine. Please help me I will b very thankful to you.

The blood may be as a result of scratching the skin because of the itching.

Blood in the urine can also be commonly due to an infection of the urinary tract or stone in the urinary tract but in that case there are usually additional symptoms eg passing urine frequently, discomfort on urination, change of the odor or color of the urine.

If the itching involves the pubis then it may be skin irritation and the use of a mild steroid cream may be helpful eg hydrocortisone.
This is an over the counter cream.

If the itching feels internal then it is possible that you have a yeast infection. Yeast infections sometimes do not respond to the medication used so it may not have responded to the monistat, you may need an alternative.

It maybe best to see your doctor if you are not sure of the exact cause for the itching so that appropriate treatment can be given.
